Paper Options

We offer beautiful matte papers for our printed pieces in white and soft ivory, textures and weights.

Add a pop of color by matting your invitation onto a colored backing layer! We offer both matte and metallic paper options that have been chosen to closely compliment our ink colors, though they may not be an exact match. You can also order coordinating envelopes, envelope liners, and ribbon! Mix and match or use the same colors throughout your suite! Your backing layer paper will come ready to be assembled. We will also provide you with a mini adhesive tape gun and instructions on how to matte your invitations.

Color Options

All of our designs can be personalized to match your wedding colors! You can view our ink colors in the chart below. We recommend choosing a darker color for your text and using the lighter colors as accents. Some of our watercolor swatches and floral details have pre-determined color offerings, but you can always change the color of the font. You can also order coordinating envelopes, liners, and backing layers! Mix and match or use the same colors throughout your suite!

We strongly recommend ordering a sample pack as colors can appear different from your computer monitor to printed paper. Our samples are the best way to see the colors as they would appear on your invitations. Please note that we’ve chosen colors we think best match metallic colors, however they will be flat printed and not metallic.

Tying Options

Paper Daisies loves all things pretty and wrapped up like a nice little present! Whether it’s a bow on the spine of your program or a ribbon tied in a french knot around your invitation suite, adding twine or ribbon can really make our collections beautiful! Have fun with it!

We offer satin ribbon, baker’s twine, metallic twine, and natural twine. All tying options will come pre-cut and ready to be tied.

Envelopes

We offer a beautiful variety of premium envelopes featuring a deep European flap with many color options. Though there is always the option to order the envelopes blank should you choose to stamp or letter them yourself, all of our envelopes can be printed with return address printing on the back flap as well as computer calligraphy for your guests' addresses. We also offer printing in white on our darker envelopes which is a great way to add your own flair!

We’re big fans of adding envelope liners and a colored response envelope for a little more color!

Escort Cards

Our escort and place cards are designed and printed on paper to match your stationery suite.

Escort cards indicate to your guests the table where you'd like them to sit during the reception. They are more informal than place cards and allow your guests to choose their own seat at their assigned table. They can be written per person or per couple.

Place cards list each individual guest's name and are placed at each seat of the table. They are more formal than escort cards and tell your guests which seat has been reserved for each person.

You may also choose to use both escort and place cards. Escort cards will direct guests to their table and place cards will be placed at each seat. If you choose to add escort or place cards to your order, we request that you use our template. You can download it here.

Seating Charts

A seating chart is another beautiful way to let your guests know the table where you'd like them to sit. We offer these poster-sized charts on roll paper ready to frame as well as matted to foam board ready to display.

Addressing

We are proud to offer both computer calligraphy and hand calligraphy guest addressing services for our save the dates, wedding invitations and thank you cards.

Computer Calligraphy has the look of hand-calligraphy and will be printed to match the color and style of your suite. This is a great and cost effective alternative to addressing them yourself. Please note this service is only available in dark ink on light colored envelopes.

All of our envelopes include complimentary return address printing on the back flap, though there is always the option to order the envelopes blank should you choose to stamp or letter them yourself.

Assembly

All of our stationery comes ready to be folded, lined, matted or tied. Please reference the images below for tips on how to assemble your stationery.

Postage

We highly recommend having your save the dates and invitations weighed and measured at your local post office.

The majority of our save the dates, wedding invitations, and response envelopes will require one standard postage stamp. Adding premium envelopes, a backing layer, ribbon/twine or an envelope liner may increase your postage requirements.

Square envelopes always require extra postage.

If you are near a post office that will let you hand cancel your invitations, that is always the best options. However, finding a post office that will do this is getting difficult. We suggest pre-ordering your stamps from the post office to give you the best selection of designs.

Photos

If you choose to add a photo to your save the dates, we strongly suggest using a professional photo when possible. Photos with resolution lower than 250 pixels/inch and smaller than 4" x 6" can result in a low quality print.
